Tabony was purchased by an investor with the intention of flipping. The house was in a gentrifying part of town, and had been lived in by only one owner. Unfortunately, that owner was a hoarder, who smoked about 2 packs a day and never opened a window in the 20+ years he lived there.
We were called in to address the nicotine stained walls, make some structural changes, provide design assistance, product procurement and offer other resources to help this investor get the property ready to put on the market. The day after the flip was completed, the home sold for over list price!
