This amazing, semi-custom home near McCarren Airport in Las Vegas was stuck in the early ‘90’s when the owners bought it to use as their primary residence. We worked closely with the homeowners to help bring their vision of a modern Tuscan theme to reality. 4 months later, the house was completely updated, beautifully appointed, and brought up to 2020 standards and functionality! In 2021, the owners sold the property for almost $300,000 more than they paid for it in 2019. Now that’s a flip!
