Older mobile homes generally have some things in common: compartmentalized rooms, dark spaces with paneling, and finishes that look cheap! When an investor needs to maximize the budget, they may have to do something like save the kitchen cabinets, which was the case on this project. We helped the investor design the remodel, purchase the finishes and coordinated the work crews, all while working with the HOA to ensure community compliance.
