This very special custom red iron barndominium style hanger was designed and built by Sandland Construction on prime river front property in Cotter Arkansas. Our client, a prominent cardiologist, spends his time between North West Arkansas and Baxter County and he just happens to be a world class pilot! We worked closely with “Dr. J” to design the perfect apartment for the hanger. The goal was to leave plenty of space for the planese, but also create a small living space that lived large. We are pleased with the way this one turned out!
