Sandland Construction got it’s start in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2014 as Sandland Real Estate Services, where we worked primarily flipping properties for investors.
We relocated to Mountain Home, Arkansas in 2020. After relocating to the Ozarks, we quickly realized that there were two main issues we needed to address; a housing shortage, and an abundance of homes in need of repair/remodel.
In an effort to address these issues, in the spring 2021 we began the process to get fully licensed and insured in Arkansas to build from the ground up, and are now licensed by the state of Arkansas as Residential Builders (AR Lic. #041510522) and are fully insured. spent our first year in Mountain Home fixing issues for homeowners that were, frankly, avoidable. From poorly installed windows to leaking ceilings to cheap materials that don’t last, to kitchen and baths with water issues, we have been surprised to see how many homes (and homeowners) are in need of help!
You can rest assured that when we get to your property, we will do a thorough review of the situation (or assess the site for new builds,) address the problems, and give you the right solutions.
